The Wawanesa Community Foundation Inc. was set up in 1993 by Ernest Albert (Mick) Mitchell with a starting endowment of $50,000. in memory of Mick’s parents Harold and Ella Mitchell. We are forever grateful to Mick and his family for their vision and dedication to our community.
